Kompressify Terms & Conditions

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to return your order. That's why we set up a 30-day return policy for you


30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

You can return your products purchased from us within 30 days of receipt and receive either a refund, product replacement or store credit for future purchases, if:

(a) You have received a product with damaged or soiled packaging;

(b) You have received a product that is defective or otherwise defective;

(c) You have received the wrong item;

(d) You have changed your mind and wish to return an unused product.


TIMELINE OF TERMS:

If the product is returned within 14 days from the date the item is delivered, customer can choose from the following options:

  • OPTION A: FULL REFUND - we will process a full refund or;
  • OPTION B: PRODUCT REPLACEMENT - customer will keep the old product and can request for another product with their preferred variant (size/color) for FREE or;
  • OPTION C: STORE CREDIT FOR FUTURE PURCHASE - customer will keep the old product and receive store credit equivalent to the amount of the purchase price and use it to buy any item they want in the Kompressify Store.

Meanwhile, if the product is returned beyond 14 days from the date the item is delivered, customer can choose from the following options:

  • OPTION A: 50% REFUND - we will process a refund 50% of the purchase price or;
  • OPTION B: PRODUCT REPLACEMENT - customer will keep the old product and can request for another product with their preferred variant (size/color) for FREE or;
  • OPTION C: STORE CREDIT FOR FUTURE PURCHASE - customer will keep the old product and receive store credit 50% of the equivalent amount of the purchase price and use it to buy any item they want in the Kompressify Store.

***Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable and will be shouldered by the customer.



STEPS TO TAKE FOR A RETURN

  1. Step #1 – Contact our customer service team at support@tagatto.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Give customer service your full name and order number, and briefly describe the reason why you want to return the item.
  2. Step #2 – Our customer service will respond to your request within 2 business days, and if your return request meets the terms of our Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions, customer service will process your request. 
  3. Step #3 – Repackage the product securely and properly, and return the product/s to the return address provided to you by the customer service team. Fault-free products must be returned unused in the same condition as from the manufacturer, in an undamaged original packaging. For damaged products, please contact our customer service before arranging the return.
  4. Step #4 – Send us the return package tracking number by providing a CLEAR picture of the package with its return label. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable and will be shouldered by the customer. Returns without a tracking number may be refused by our team, so make sure you use registered mail or another trackable shipping method, and don't forget to send us the tracking number.
  5. Step #5 – Once we have received the returned products and inspected them, we will issue a refund within 2 days. Please note that the costs of the return are not refunded by us.
